We are seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to connect directly with customers and provide support with their Xplore services.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (French and English) is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred; contact centre experience is an asset.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and comfort learning new technologies, systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by handling inquiries courteously and professionally.
• Offer foundational technical troubleshooting for Xplore services including fibre internet and email setup.
• Ask effective questions and follow troubleshooting steps to resolve service concerns.
• Assist with service and package changes, and other account-related needs.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant Xplore products and services.
