We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, business analysis, DevOps environments, CI/CD pipelines, requirements gathering, business process modelling, stakeholder management, team coaching, and Agile delivery. The successful candidate will lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, support Product Owners, manage stakeholder relationships, improve team performance, and help ensure effective delivery within an Agile environment.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.
• Strong understanding of both Scrum methodology and business analysis frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and processes, particularly CI/CD pipelines.
