Job Requirements

1. Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath. Must have UiPath citizen developer certification.
2. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and support automation solutions.
3. Skills: Proficiency in automation development, programming, scripting, and testing.
4. Technical Knowledge: Basic or good knowledge of at least one coding language such as Python, C# / Java, VB Script, or Excel VBA (Macros).
5. Analysis & Design: Analyze requirements analytically, design efficient and robust solutions following design principles, and create design documents and test cases as per RPA standards.
6. Autonomy: Ability to work independently through all phases—from automation feasibility assessment, design, coding, testing, to deployment.
