We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious individual to join our operation automation team. The team supports our Operations automation applications, including core processing for P&BB, Wealth, and Collections accounts. The role involves automation development using UiPath and Python to streamline business services, providing exposure to various business processes.
The candidate will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating across teams to turn requirements into features, managing development and testing, and maintaining applications. Responsibilities include translating user needs into technical specifications, coding, designing, and supporting system security, debugging, and applying best practices in algorithms, data structures, and programming languages to develop high-quality applications.
