Duration: 6 months contract with potential for extension

Location: Remote

Role Mandate:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious individual to join our operation automation team. The team supports our Operations automation applications, including core processing for P&BB, Wealth, and Collections accounts. The role involves automation development using UiPath and Python to streamline business services, providing exposure to various business processes.

The candidate will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating across teams to turn requirements into features, managing development and testing, and maintaining applications. Responsibilities include translating user needs into technical specifications, coding, designing, and supporting system security, debugging, and applying best practices in algorithms, data structures, and programming languages to develop high-quality applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently handle automation feasibility, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Translate user needs into technical specifications and facilitate requirements gathering.
• Develop, test, and document software throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.
• Ensure code/configurations meet security, logging, error handling, and performance standards.
• Evaluate new technologies for compatibility and impact on processes and data.
• Follow release management and version control standards.
• Assist in interpreting and documenting client requirements.
• Focus primarily on business/group needs, with potential enterprise-wide scope.
• Exercise judgment in problem diagnosis and resolution within established rules.
