Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience providing maintenance on HVAC, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical building systems.
• Must adhere to Health and Safety policies including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage work order life cycle and maintain records of work completed.
