Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to service residential properties across Ontario and beyond. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment while traveling between appointments in your own vehicle.

Technicians work independently using a mobile work app to manage orders, document findings, and update job statuses. A minimum of 3 years of experience and current HVAC licenses are required, along with your own tools,

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of paid professional HVAC field experience.
Must have own reliable vehicle to travel between appointments.
Must have own HVAC tools and testing equipment.
Must have own smartphone for GPS and work app.
Active licences/certifications for HVAC work.
Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose HVAC problems and recommend repairs or replacements.
Perform maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and installations within approved scope.
Service residential systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, ductwork, ventilation).
Inspect electrical components, controls, and system operation.
Record equipment details, findings, and completed work.
Take photos of equipment and installed parts; use mobile app for updates.
