UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships. You will support daily operations, ensure accurate and on-time service, and identify upsell opportunities to grow your route.

The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, and you’ll be the face of UniFirst on the road, promoting safety and reliability across routes.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or CAEC is required.
Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently while keeping a team mindset.
Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies to improve efficiency.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
Support daily operations: assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks with accuracy.

What Your Role Entails

Manage an Assigned Route: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.

Qualifications

What You Bring to UniFirst

Driver’s License & Safe Driving Record: Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Must meet all Ministry of Transportation requirements.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or CAEC is required.
Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset and providing excellent customer service.
Relevant Experience: Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery, roles is a plus!
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and learning new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 lbs., with the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
