Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facility items, while building strong client relationships and maintaining high safety standards.

The role offers a solid base plus commission potential, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends, with comprehensive training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• DOB DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards; proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
