Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative (4-Day Workweek) to manage and grow the Rental Division's customer accounts. The RSSR drives a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and rental items, while building rapport with decision makers and maintaining high service standards.

The position emphasizes upselling, renewals, and inventory control, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Must meet provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base.
• Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other rental items.
• Build rapport with key decision makers and pro-actively resolve customer concerns.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services; negotiate service renewals.
• Control inventory while working professionally, safely and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.
