Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in Quebec City to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and upsell a range of facility services products, and maintain strong rapport with customers while performing a physical, fast-paced role.

• Must meet provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service is required.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork are essential.
• Positive attitude with ambition, organization and service spirit.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
