Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a Route Sales Representative to develop and service a growing snack foods business for assigned retail accounts in Brockville. You will manage shelf placement, promotions, and inventory to drive sales performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on merchandising, account development, and adapting to a dynamic customer base with a Thursday–Monday shift schedule. Join a team focused on growth and delivering smiles to stores and consumers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license (G or Class 5).
• Access to a car with a clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Prior sales experience in CPG/retail preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizing skills; able to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on activities: manage product placement on shelves and racks.
• Identify changing customer needs through review of top-selling products.
• Develop assigned accounts in terms of sales volume, distribution and service.
• Sell and execute national/local promotions and merchandising equipment.
• Manage inventory to balance accounts and keep products fresh.
