Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly, a leader in last-mile logistics in Canada, seeks a Route Management Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will plan driver routes, optimize via software, monitor departures, and ensure data accuracy.

You will collaborate with the team, participate in daily meetings, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Bilingual French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in route planning or optimization.
• Bilingual French and English required due to interactions with teams across Canada.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery driver routes using route planning and optimization software.
• Ensure routes meet defined criteria and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with Team Lead regarding issues affecting route optimization.
• Monitor truck departures according to station schedules and report delays or issues.
• Ensure data accuracy before, during, and after processing per protocols.
• Perform data cleaning and geolocation of flagged addresses per procedures.
• Participate in daily team meetings and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
