Intelcom | Dragonfly in Saint-Jérôme seeks a Warehouse Safety & Logistics Associate to uphold health and safety standards and supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate parcel handling and compliant operations.

The role includes managing shipping/receiving, inventory, route planning, and driving coaching in a fast-paced environment with shift-based schedules. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management and package dispatching process.
• Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs.
• Generate the next day’s route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization team.
• Audit POD reports and report back on compliance to IDC liaison.
• Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding of new hires.
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly.
