Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics, operating across three continents. This role coordinates connections between distributors and sorting stations and schedules client pickups with distributors to ensure reliable service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, resolving conflicts, analyzing productivity costs, and contributing to network growth. A strong knowledge of Canada’s road network and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in transport and logistics.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Canada’s road network.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the connections between the distributors and sorting station.
• Coordinate the pick-ups from our clients with our distributors.
• Resolve operational conflicts across the network with support teams.
• Analyze the network’s productivity costs and benefits.
• Participate in the network’s growth and improvements.
• Research and prepare submissions for new transport suppliers’ partnerships.
• Establish strong communication and partnerships with distributors and sorting stations.
