Job summary

West Edmonton Mall Property Inc. (West Edmonton Mall and Fantasyland Hotel) is seeking a Room Service Server to ensure the room service dining experience of our guests exceeds expectations through attentive and personal service.

You will welcome guests, take and deliver orders, maintain cleanliness, and uphold menu knowledge with strong guest communication, while adhering to cash handling procedures and standard service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a casual fine dining restaurant is an asset.
• Completion of ProServe or be willing to attend the required training.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
