Job Responsibilities

• Connect with guests, take orders via telephone, prepare and deliver orders to guestrooms, and pick up plate ware, all in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Provide professional service according to Hotel Room Service Standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Smart Serve Certification (must obtain prior to start date).
• 2 years' service experience in a Premium Casual / Fine dining Restaurant or 3-4 Star Hotel Restaurant.
• Experience with full-service bars, wine sales, and pairing knowledge is an asset.
• Good understanding of beverage cocktails and food preparation / table service is desirable.
• Working knowledge of electronic POS systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods, push carts, and walk long distances.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
