We are currently looking for a Part-Time Housekeeping Room Attendant. The Room Attendant performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing guest rooms and bathrooms under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or the Executive Housekeeper. The role requires promoting a positive image of the property to guests and being pleasant, honest, friendly, and responsive to guest requests and problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and prepare rooms for cleaning
• Make beds according to hotel standards
• Replenish guestroom and bath supplies
• Deliver and retrieve guest items such as irons and ironing boards
• Perform cleaning rotations like steam cleaning carpets and spring cleaning
• Maintain work area and equipment
• Attend to guest calls, requests, and complaints
• Achieve and exceed guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and over 25 pounds with help
• Ability to push/pull a housekeeping cart over uneven surfaces
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting
• Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
• Manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
