Role Overview

Join our team as a Room Attendant, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and designated areas. Help us create a welcoming, pristine environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms following established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, and cleaning kitchen areas and appliances.
• Notify supervisors upon completing service to facilitate room availability; report any rooms that cannot be serviced.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage supplies and amenities efficiently.
• Log and report lost and found items according to procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to promote teamwork and service quality.

Minimum Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Some housekeeping experience preferred.
• Friendly, hospitable attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
