Overview

We are seeking passionate Room Attendants to join our team, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your main responsibility will be to clean guest rooms and designated areas meticulously, ensuring guest satisfaction and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service rooms per standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, and cleaning appliances.
• Notify supervisors upon completion of service for room availability.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor supplies and minimize waste.
• Report lost and found items.
• Coordinate with other departments to promote teamwork and service quality.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
