Job summary

Prestige Hotels and Resorts in Kelowna invites motivated individuals to join our housekeeping team as part-time Room Attendants. You will clean guest rooms and public areas to Prestige standards, greet guests, and respond to requests with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, maintain a neat appearance, and can work weekends and holidays. Prior housekeeping experience is an asset but not required, and Canadian work eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is an asset but not required.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Neat and tidy appearance as this position deals with the public.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work in required uniform and in adherence with Prestige policy.
• Greets guests with a smile and in a warm and courteous manner.
• Responds to guest requests promptly.
• Provides courteous guest service.
• Performs cleaning procedures daily in guest rooms and public areas according to Prestige standards.
• Works as a team player.
• Becomes familiar with various room types.
• Handles lost and found items.
• Maintains security measures.
• Restocks housekeeping carts daily with supplies.
• Maintains equipment.
• Observes and reports any repairs needed.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned by the Supervisor or General Manager.
