Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience preferred.
• Eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to perform repetitive tasks; lifting and standing long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guestrooms to luxury standards, including bed presentation, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitation.
• Ensure amenities, linens, and in-room touches are replenished and presented with care.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public and back-of-house areas.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance for seamless experiences.
• Consistently meet quality and productivity standards.
