Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. The role is full-time on a 6-month contract, based in Vernon, BC.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms to a high standard, restocking supplies, reporting issues promptly, and adhering to safety and sanitation policies. The position offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or similar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, storage, and disposal methods.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including:

  • Dusting
  • Vacuuming
  • Cleaning bathrooms
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
• MAKE BEDS
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Adhere to company standards and policies
