Job summary

Roofmart, Canada’s national distributor for exterior building supply, is seeking enthusiastic warehouse personnel to load shingles and related products, assist with deliveries, and maintain safe, organized operations.

Responsibilities include loading rooftops, working with drivers for safe deliveries, handling materials, and keeping the store and yard tidy; safety compliance is essential. Forklift license is an asset; must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Requires physical strength and the ability to work at heights.
• Fall Protection/Working at Heights training is an asset.
• Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load rooftops with bundles of shingles and related products.
• Co-operate with driver to ensure safe, efficient delivery of product.
• Handle material by hand and with proper equipment.
• Perform warehouse duties such as moving inventory, shipping and receiving.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and yard.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Other duties as required.
