Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations in London, Ontario, and the surrounding region. You will coordinate crews, review plans, and ensure safety and project success on commercial roofing jobs.

The role requires 3–5+ years of commercial roofing experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage subcontractors and project logistics. A company vehicle is provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and applications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for plans and reporting.
• Valid G driver's license and Working at Heights certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate roofing crews and manpower.
• Monitor, approve, and track labour hours.
• Communicate daily with crews, management, contractors, and sub‑contractors.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and project specs.
• Attend project meetings including handoff, pre-start, and site meetings.
• Conduct site visits and resolve job site challenges.
• Ensure safety requirements, field reports, and site documentation are up to date.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and site logistics.
• Manage productivity, project execution, and contractual performance.
• Coach and mentor field crews.

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to join our London Branch and support commercial roofing projects throughout London and the surrounding region.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field operations, supporting crews, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Flynn standards. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial roofing experience and be able to hit the ground running.
