Top Notch Roofing in Chilliwack, BC is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to join our 30+ year local family-owned team. This high-impact role offers a base plus commission with earnings ranging from CAD 120,000 to CAD 210,000 annually, plus health benefits and RRSP matching.

Office-based in Chilliwack with a Monday–Friday schedule and strong growth opportunities. You will meet homeowners, guide them through the sales process, perform roof inspections, close deals, and build a referral

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in sales or customer service (construction or home improvement a plus).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confident to ask for the sale and close.
• Comfort using ladders and inspecting exterior features.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Tech-savviness with CRM or mobile apps.
