Coast Mountain Roof Ltd. in Langley, BC is seeking a Business Development / Client Relations lead to grow our commercial, strata, and residential opportunities while keeping clients informed from first call through final walkthrough.

You will own pipeline growth, manage client relationships, and represent the company across the Lower Mainland using consultative selling and CRM to align quotes, schedules, and delivery with client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, building envelope, or B2B service sales.
• Able to travel across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.

The Role

This is a client-facing growth seat. You will open doors, nurture relationships,grow brand awarenessand own the experience that turns prospects into long-term clients. Not limited toproperty managers, strata councils, general contractors, commercial owners, and homeowners across the Lower Mainland.

You sit close to operations so quotes, schedules, and site realities stay aligned with what you promise in the field and on the phone. You are not a pure cold-caller in isolation. You are the connective tissue between opportunity, trust, and delivery.

What You'll Own

• Pipeline growth - Prospect, qualify, and develop commercial, strata, and residential opportunities across our service area
• Client relationships - Be a steady, credible point of contact from inquiry through award, install, and follow-up
• Consultative selling - Listen first, translate roofing needs into clear options, and help clients choose the right scope and system
• Proposal support - Coordinate withsalesso proposals are accurate, timely, and presentation-ready
• Client care cadence - Check in on active jobs, resolve concerns early, and protect the CMR reputation on every touchpoint
• Market presence - Represent Coast Mountain Roofin person and through building an online networkwith property managers, GCs, and referral partners; keep the brand warm in the market
• CRM and follow-through - Keep opportunities organized, next steps clear, and nothing dropped
• Feedback loop - Bring client and site insights back to leadership so we keep improving how we bid, communicate, and deliver

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $110,000 - $130,000base salaryCAD, depending onrelatedexperience, successful reference and proven track record
• Performance incentive: TBD (structured incentive to reward booked and delivered growth)
