Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or customer service (construction or home improvement a plus).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess roofing and exterior needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism and care.
• Conduct roof inspections and identify damage or improvement opportunities.
• Close deals and follow up for referrals and reviews.
• Build a referral network and attend marketing events to grow your pipeline.
• Use CRM and mobile tools to manage quotes and client communication.
