The ideal candidate has 2+ years of roller experience, CSTS/WHMIS, and is eligible to work in Canada, with flexibility for night shifts and weekends. You will work closely with paving crews to maintain high safety and productivity.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience operating rollers or similar heavy equipment.
• Experience with asphalt compaction and maintaining proper surface density.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of paving-site work, including extended standing, climbing on and off equipment, lifting, and working outdoors in changing weather.
• Current CSTS and WHMIS certification.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Availability to work night shifts and weekends.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance is a plus.
