Job summary

Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, part of the Autograph by Marriott family, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the Rooms Division in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. You will help shape guest impressions from check-in to check-out and deliver authentic hospitality that aligns with our high standards.

The role requires strong communication, experience with hotel POS systems, Excel and Outlook, and the flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems, Excel and Outlook is required.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Previous hotel front office experience or hospitality education is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the hotel and provide service as needed.
• Deliver courteous, professional guest service at all times.
• Build personal rapport to learn guests' needs and expectations.
• Seek feedback and take action to exceed guest expectations.
