Job summary

ABB Robotics Canada is seeking a Spare Parts Specialist to support service sales and coordinate the complete customer supply process for spare parts. The role emphasizes strong organization, planning, and coordination in a fast-paced technical environment.

The hybrid work model enables collaboration with both onsite and remote teams. Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will manage pricing, quotations, and data tools while ensuring on-time delivery and high service quality for

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in spare parts sales, administration and planning.
Experience supporting industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, engineering, or technical service sales environments.

Responsibilities

Supports end-to-end product/system/service development process from specification to launch.
Manages spare parts evolution with Life Cycle Management shifts.
Assists in resolving customer spare parts issues.
Prepares price lists and delivers customer quotations.
Develops and maintains spare parts back-end cost repositories and front-end e-commerce tools.
