Job summary

CONVERGIX Automation Solutions in London, Ontario is seeking a Robotics & Controls Co op to work with the Controls Engineering Manager and cross-functional teams. You will help improve processes, standards and tools to boost team effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities include contributing to 1–5 projects daily, supporting PLC, HMI and robotics development, and assisting with hands-on assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of custom automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to 1–5 projects daily.
• Support electrical and mechanical design teams.
• Contribute to PLC, HMI and robotics program development.
• Assist hands-on assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
• Work with project team to meet budgets and timelines.
• Occasional work outside standard hours as needed.
