CIMA+ in Ontario seeks an Intermediate Road Safety Technologist to support our expanding traffic and safety practice. You will work with senior professionals on Vision Zero planning, data collection, network screening, and safety reviews across urban and rural projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Road Safety.
• Transportation Engineering Technology diploma.
• CET designation is an asset.
• Knowledge of road safety standards and tools.
• Proficient traffic analysis software such as Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS.

Responsabilités

• Develop high-quality end products with senior staff.
• Conduct site visits, field observations and measurements.
• Collect and process road safety data.
• Communicate with clients and team members.
• Undertake literature reviews and research.
• Perform traffic safety modelling analyses.
• Engage with the public and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.
