Qualicare Burlington is seeking committed RPNs and RNs to join our diverse team serving the Niagara area. If you want autonomy and work-life balance, this role could be a perfect fit. Shifts include 1-2 days during the week with alternate weekends. A valid driver’s license and reliable car for community homecare are required.

Qualificações

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing.
• Experience in Home and Community Care is an asset.
• Current BCLS certification (Level C) is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Charting on Procura is an asset.

Core Competencies:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and in good standing
• Experienced in Home and Community Care is an asset
• Current BCLS certification (Level C)
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills
• Demonstrated effective communication skills
• Charting on Procura is an asset

Shifts:

Requirements:

• Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months)
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable car in community homecare is required
• Up to date TB test within last 2 years
• Must have your own:
• Stethoscope
• Blood pressure cuff and Sphygmomanometer

Note:

This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis, Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care & Post Operative Care in the community.
