Job summary

Chinese Christian Wing Kei Nursing Home seeks a Clinical Manager to assist the Director of Care in researching and educating staff on government policies affecting resident care. You will conduct quality checks on resident assessments and ensure care plans meet MDS compliance and resident needs.

You will lead 24-hour nursing care on the unit, supervise staff, and coordinate education to uphold PFCC principles, safety, and effective teamwork across departments. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Certificate of Competence from CARNA and CPR certification.
• Annual MDS Competency Certification is required.
• Experience as a professional RN with leadership in Long Term Care or Supportive Living.
