Job summary

ParaMed Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to visit patients in Leamington, Kingsville, and surrounding areas. You will assess needs, implement and monitor care plans, and build trust with patients in their homes.

Requirements include active CNO registration, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. On-call coverage is required; benefits and union position noted for local strike.

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Reliability and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area.
• Passion for making a difference in your community.
• Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs.

We are currently looking for a part time RN for community visits throughout Leamington, Kingsville and surrounding areas.

In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
