Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Delta, BC is seeking an RME Planner to support the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team. You will develop maintenance plans and schedules based on preventive maintenance, predictive data and KPIs, and help prevent unplanned downtime of material handling equipment.

You will coordinate with Maintenance, Technicians, and Operations to plan and schedule proactive activities, manage work orders, and maintain accurate equipment and spare parts metadata, with up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• 1 year of experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Travel up to 15% is required.
• Preferred: 2-year Associate degree in Business Admin, Information System, Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and audit facilities/maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain equipment metadata and Work Orders data.
• Maintain spare parts metadata and manage materials in the store.
• Coordinate with maintenance management, technicians and operations.
• Drive PM plans, schedules, routes and work packages.
• Support with data to implement corrective action from KPIs and EAM data.
• Assist with roll-out of new EAM functionality and training.
