Raglan Mine, operated by Glencore, is seeking a Coordinator – risk management to support the implementation of the risk program and collaborate with all departments at Mine Raglan to improve risk governance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and significant mining/industrial experience, with English as an asset. The site offers a stable, autonomous work environment and competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, business administration or any other relevant field.
• Significant experience in a mining and/or industrial environment.
• Experience with workplace health and safety, ISO 14001, or other management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Raglan Mine risk management program and help the company meet its objectives.
• Maintain the risk register, identify critical controls, and propose verification activities.
• Analyze risk trends and issue recommendations.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and implement new processes.
• Plan and support sectors during external audits.
• Train sectors and provide direct support to managers in decision-making.
