Job summary

Jobber is seeking a Revenue Technology Manager to join the Sales Enablement & Operations team in Canada. You will own core RevTech operational processes, provide first-line support across key tools, and scope incoming requests, partnering on major rollouts to streamline the GTM tech stack.

You’ll identify workflows, design improvements, and contribute to AI-enabled automation to reduce manual work, enabling revenue teams to move faster and operate more effectively.

The team:
Jobber’s Revenue Technology team owns and operates the go-to-market tech stack that powers our sales and partnerships teams. This team helps keep that stack running smoothly while also improving the systems, processes, and automations that support our revenue teams at scale.
The role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Technology, the Revenue Technology Manager will own core RevTech operational processes, provide first-line support across key tools, investigate and scope incoming requests, and partner with RevTech and Sales Operations teammates on larger project rollouts. You won’t just execute repeatable processes — you’ll help make them better. You’ll identify patterns, design cleaner workflows, contribute to AI-enabled automation, and support the rollout of solutions that help our GTM teams move faster and operate more effectively. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, systems-minded, service-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to use AI and automation to reduce manual work.
The Revenue Technology Manager will work on :
