Job summary

Nuvei is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst for the Americas to support regional revenue growth initiatives from a hybrid Montreal-based role. You will analyze revenue, performance, and pricing data to drive strategic decisions and support senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights.

You will partner with global pricing and commercial teams to design pricing models and optimize profitability across markets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within fintech/payments.
• Strong analytical skills including financial modelling and market research.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to translate complex info for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines and adapt to priorities.
• Experience in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive analyses of revenue, customer, and sales performance to uncover trends and inform leadership decisions.
• Develop materials and business cases to drive strategic growth initiatives and expand enterprise client base.
• Create presentations for senior leadership to communicate initiatives and outcomes.
• Monitor market and competitor pricing trends, card network costs and alternative payment methods.
• Collaborate with global Pricing to design pricing strategies for core gateway and SaaS products.
