Are you deeply curious about understanding CRM business challenges and growth opportunities? Ready to roll up your sleeves, experiment, and test new approaches? Do you embrace failure as a learning opportunity and relentlessly iterate until you find what works?

We are recruiting a talented Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing business. You’ll be a pivotal part of our Go-to-Market (GTM) team, optimizing and automating HubSpot across the entire product stack (CRM, Marketing, Sales, CMS) to grow our business faster and more efficiently.

Blending data-driven insights, technical implementation, and an eye for detail—to build marketing and sales processes while maintaining an up-to-date single source of truth CRM to grow our business.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Growth Marketing.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Own, manage, and optimize end-to-end marketing and sales processes in HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales, and CMS).
  • Ensure all CRM data is current, enriched, merged, and deduplicated to maintain high data hygiene.
  • Support GTM campaigns through data analysis and process enhancements.
  • Bridge gaps between sales and marketing technology stacks, including Clay, Revenue Hero, Salesfinity, Smartlead, Heyreach, and HubSpot.
  • Support leadership with reporting, translating business requirements into CRM processes, and deriving insights from data.
  • Facilitate alignment between sales and marketing through data sharing and process improvements.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with the GTM Engineer to define, document, integrate, and report on inbound and outbound programs.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

The ideal candidate will possess at least the following skills:

  • Experience in a high-growth, preferably SaaS, environment.
  • Expert proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales, and related products.
  • Process optimization skills—streamlining workflows and identifying inefficiencies.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating business needs into operational processes.
  • Attention to detail in data management, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-departmental communication skills, with experience working across sales, marketing, and product teams.
