Revenue Growth Manager
Position summary:
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Growth Management, theposition’s principal objective is to lead the development and execution ofrevenue growth strategy, including short- and long-term strategic plans andanalytics for Price, Pack, Mix, and Trade to drive top and bottom-line growth.The position offers a unique experience not found within any other Salesfunction because of the high degree of interaction with sales, brand, finance,and insights teams within the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the agenda for the overarching Net RevenueManagement strategic growth framework for Conagra Canada.
- Define a multiyear strategy to realize Net Sales and GrossMargin in a sustainable and consistent manner in collaboration with Marketing,Sales, and Finance (Inclusive, but not limited to; pricing slopes, pricing rolein market, price positioning, portfolio pricing, role of trade, trade planning,trade optimization, etc.).
- Develops tools to enhance and integrate descriptive andpredictive demand and financial analytics to optimize and streamline pricingscenario development and decision-making process. Owns software, spreadsheets,models, and other programs used to assist in price decisions.
- Partner with Brand and MS&P teams to define the role ofpricing in categories, ensure alignment to brand objectives and considerationof competitive pricing and promo strategies.
- Lead communication and alignment to sales and marketingorganizations on development, execution, and review of pricing actionsincluding development of “selling stories” for sales team for all pricingactions.
- Responsible for analysis, execution, and score carding ofstrategic pricing recommendations (base, incremental, EDLP (Every Day LowPrice) etc.) in addition to pricing strategy for innovation for select brandswithin our portfolio.
- Identify where to unlock opportunities for Price, Pack, Mixand Trade at National and Customer levels. Lead recommendations for customerspecific trade optimization solutions in partnership with MS&P to sales.
- Lead evaluation and improve trade promotion analysis throughbuilding capabilities and offering recommendations to deliver greater ROI’sdriving topline sales while optimizing trade spend.
- Develop and execute Customer Segmentation Strategy balancinginternal metrics, growth potential, and size of customer to drive the role oftrade at a customer and role of the customer for the organization.
- Lead development and refinement of channel strategy pricingguardrails and processes, including actively involved in pricing exceptiondecisions.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a team with collective expertiseto manage all strategic, operational, tactical, and administrative elements ofrevenue growth management within a highly collaborative environment.
- Potential responsibility to include meeting with selectretail customers to discuss RGM initiatives.
- Serve as a Canadian point of contact for RGM-relatedelements of the SAP/TPM rollout
- Collaborate with the US RGM teams to leverage plans andtools.
Supervision:
- Direct report(s) based on business needs
- Progressive and lateral moves into Sales, Finance andMarketing
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
- University degree in Business or like discipline, MBA is anasset
- 3+ years revenue management, pricing, and/or trade marketingexperience preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive customer, marketing, revenue growthmanagement and/or finance management experience in the CPG (consumer packagedgoods) industry preferred.
- Strategic thinker who is willing to work outside of theircomfort zone and has the courage to challenge status quo in the spirit ofefficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills and an elevated level ofcompetency with modeling, complex analytics, consumer research, and customerdatabases.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple& logical terms, and build compelling and persuasive presentations thataligns and facilitates discussion.
- Strong track record in developing talent and buildingorganizational capability a distinct advantage.
- Takes an enterprise view that considers and anticipatesimplications across channels, customers, consumers, and competitors whenbuilding strategies.
- Thrives in a cross functional, team environment with theability to lead teams through projects.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$116,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering forthis position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but notlimited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancinginternal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicablelaw regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
