Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect to design and deliver CPQ, Billing and Revenue Lifecycle solutions for enterprise clients in Canada.

You will lead architecture decisions, ensure integration with ERP/finance systems, and mentor teams during large-scale Revenue Cloud implementations. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise and strong stakeholder management within a dynamic, global services environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce experience with Revenue Cloud expertise.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing and Subscription Management.
• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Contract-to-Cash, Revenue Recognition.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integrations and security.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite or financial systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and solution design skills.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Lifecycle architecture.
• Design product catalog, pricing strategies, discounting, approvals, and billing models.
• Lead technical governance, solution reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Define integration strategies with ERP, Finance, Billing, Tax, and Payment systems.
• Ensure scalability, compliance, and performance of Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Mentor development teams and establish implementation best practices.
