Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Revenue Coordinator in Sherwood Park, Alberta to support our finance function with payroll, invoicing, and time & attendance processing. You will enter time sheets, track costs, and ensure accurate billing in a fast-paced industrial setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of invoicing/payroll experience, MS Office proficiency, and strong English communication. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic team at Acuren.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of invoicing, payroll, and time & attendance experience.
• Business or Office Administration Certificate, Diploma, or Degree considered an asset.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with general accounting system knowledge.
• Experience in an industrial environment is an asset.
• Excellent English communication skills; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll and time sheets from sites and supervisors.
• Input costs and track client PO spend for ongoing projects.
• Prepare and post invoice packages and report unbilled revenue.
• Open jobs, code invoices, and support accounts payable workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.
