Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited seeks a Revenue Management Analyst (Co-op) to support contract management and revenue tracking for the LDIA platform and third-party media revenue analysis. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and collaboration across teams.

This 4-month term offers a hybrid work model with up to one day remote and four days in the office in the Toronto area. The candidate should be prepared to work across multiple teams and contribute to revenue insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical and mathematical skills.
• Advanced Excel or related analytical tools for data manipulation & modeling.
• Digital Media and/or contract management experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the master revenue tracker, including revising contracts and coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide daily and weekly revenue performance updates to the leadership team.
• Assist in the creation of client quotes, ensuring adherence to established rate card.
• Communicate with internal teams to amend existing signed contracts.
• Prepare and issue monthly billing updates for the Finance team.
• Assist in the creation and optimization of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor revenue performance.
• Compile platform data to support revenue tracking and scenario analysis for third-party media.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Other duties as assigned by the team.
