Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
- 5+ years in sales ops, channel communications, or automation.
- Experience leading automation projects and digital transformation.
- Strong data analysis and executive presentation skills.
- French language knowledge for Quebec positions.
Responsibilities
- Lead intake, assessment, prioritization, and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Analyze retail sales performance to build a data-driven channel strategy.
- Present data-supported recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, and customer experience through technology, AI, and automation.
- Lead automation communications for pricing, promotions, and program updates to retail channels.
- Oversee maintenance and governance of automation solutions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-team communication.
- Develop executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
