Qualifications
- Business degree with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience leading business process automation or digital transformation projects in sales ops or channel communication.
- Retail sales analysis expertise; translate data into executive recommendations.
- Balance diverse stakeholder perspectives and drive alignment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills for executive presentations and business cases.
Responsibilities
- Lead intake, assessment, prioritization, and delivery of strategic projects.
- Analyze retail sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Present data-supported recommendations to senior leadership on channel strategy and footprint.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales effectiveness, and customer experience via tech, AI, and automation.
- Lead automation of pricing, promotions, and program communications to channels; improve speed to market.
- Oversee maintenance, governance, and optimization of automation solutions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and effective cross-team communication.
- Develop executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
