Job summary

Red Bull Canada is seeking a Sales Activator to drive trade execution across the market in partnership with the local Distribution Partner (DP). You will focus on securing distribution in new accounts, maintaining perfect store conditions, and expanding points of distribution.

You will plan effectively, coordinate with DP field personnel, leverage data to support selling stories, and champion Red Bull at key retail channels, while meeting KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding sales experience in Consumer Goods, Beverage preferred, with +3 years.
• Ability to lead and motivate distribution partners with experience, +3 years.
• Strong communicator and motivator.
• Excellent negotiator and influencer.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales and trade marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability.
• Able to work independently with responsibility, and be organized.
• Experience with basic administrative programs: Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Red Bull Perfect Store conditions to win vs competition in the market.
• Execute opening of new accounts to expand rooftops buying directly from Red Bull.
• Sell additional display points to improve in-store presence.
• Enroll independent accounts into the Volume Incentive Program and ensure program compliance and growth.
• Wired sell with key regional accounts to drive promotional execution and in-store conditions.
• Plan schedule to maximize time in stores with greatest impact.
• Communicate with DP field personnel to align on priorities.
• Initiate plans to drive KPI execution and vertical accountability.
• Lead seasonal trade-blitzes to capture peak volume opportunities.
• Leverage data to drive insights and support selling stories.
• Act as trusted advisor to key customers and work cross-functionally with internal team and DP.
• Bring the brand to life by championing Red Bull mentality and mindset.
