Brand Momentum is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join its retail team in Barrie. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and make personalized product recommendations while processing transactions and maintaining the store appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for retail and fashion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately using POS system.
• Maintain store appearance through cleaning, organizing, and stocking.
• Receive shipments and replenish inventory on the sales floor.
• Support Store Manager with daily operations, reports, and projects.
• Build product knowledge to communicate features and benefits.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and customer connections.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador in-store and in the community.
