Overview:

A Customer Experience & Boutique Lead is the heartbeat of the store. We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused team member to take ownership of both our boutique experience and customer service communications. Think of yourself as both the host and the conductor—you ensure everything runs smoothly on the sales floor and behind the scenes. If you’ve been a Key Holder, Retail Sales Lead, or held a similar frontline role, we’d love to meet you.

  • Respond to all customer service emails and online inquiries (order questions, returns, product info).
  • Welcome and assist clients in the boutique with styling, fit guidance, and product knowledge.
  • Support with in-store merchandising, cleanliness, and stock presentation.
  • Track customer feedback and flag recurring questions or concerns.
  • Support and sometime organise small in-store events or product launches in collaboration with the team.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and coordination with the production/fulfillment team.
  • Experience in customer service or retail (especially in fashion or lifestyle brands).
  • Friendly, clear communicator with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Passion for sustainability, slow fashion, and Métis culture is a big plus.
  • Comfort with digital tools (Shopify, Google Drive, Gmail, Teams, Canva etc.).
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak retail periods

· Bilingual (French-English) — an asset, but a big plus.

· Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools

· An eye for visual merchandising and in-store presentation
