Job summary

RIMOWA is seeking a Retail Support Associate to assist the store team with operational duties, ensuring smooth shipments, accurate inventory, and effective product placement on the selling floor.

You will support client advisors, handle basic luggage repairs, and help manage stock and deliveries, contributing to overall store productivity and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Store Manager ensuring work duties are accurately performed.
• Monitors the flow of all shipments and ensures prompt follow up with discrepancies.
• Assist with yearend inventory counts including preparation.
• Determine appropriate methods of shipping and prepare relevant paperwork as needed.
• Ensure all stock areas are neat, clean and orderly per company standard.
• Responsible for completing basic luggage repairs using small hand tools.
• Perform box counts and validate against bills of lading, reporting discrepancies, shortages or damages.
• Assist selling floor with product placement and stock recovery.
• Complete transfer forms.
• Receive merchandise onto selling floor.
• Ensure cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies as per store readiness.
• Ensure accurate tracking and placement of all paid goods.
• Perform deliveries as requested.
• Assist client advisors on the sales floor as needed.
• Utilize the R-client tool to connect with clients regarding repairs or to propose new products.
